My name is DeAndre Williams I've been trying to get my damn account unrestricted for 6 damn weeks now the same crap everyday fax this upload this look my family is in need im behind on bills then y'all damn supervisors are rude as hell been hung up on why y'all even handling people's account when y'all can't even get in contact with the so called offline team I hope y'all lose this dumb ass call center we all need to sue them are sign a petition to have them closed

Have my usbankreliacard blocked and I've send all my identification documents through fax and online and still locked. I call them everyday and they hang up ☺️ me or tell me that I didn't send them nothing or find any excuse they lie to much

My usbankreliacard is locked for 5weeks I've send them all my identification documents faxed and online. And still hasn't been unlocked.

My account was frozen multiple times for no reason.
