I sent them two phones both in perfect condition. An Iphone 5c and a HTC One. After two weeks of waiting to receive my checks totalling over $200, I was told that my Iphone was damaged and they'd give me $20. I have requested it back and have now waited over a week to receive it. It wasn't damaged before I sent it so it better not be damaged now! The HTC One had to be unlocked was the next hassle. Ironically, the iPhone did not... I sent them the unlock codes 2 days before the deadline. I just received an email stating that I will receive a reduced offer for that phone as well.... I am going to request that phone back also.... hope it's not damaged like the iPhone has been, and sell it myself. What is advertised as a "no hassle" process is a HUGE scam!
