Scam
Okay, so these scammers, somehow "Unknown to me" created 2 accounts, I made one for the trial, but somehow 2 were made..
I cancelled before the 14days, and they say i went 1-2 days over, I never used the accounts, never used the service at all.. not once have i logged in... and they want me to pay for something I can't afford..
I am disabled, in claim of benefits, have to pay rent and bills and more... they want 212.7 EUROS... i have no idea what the heck that is.
Disgusting.....
I've blocked any payments via my bnak.

Cancel a trial period
Me too, I registered on their website in order to get premium things in a game.
I tried to cancel online but it is necessary to send an email or call them.
I found a mail model on REDDIT
I sent two email : one to

an one to
[email protected]
I sent the same text on their contact form.
When I go to my account, there is all the sent email in the mailbox with “Answer Pending” written in green.
It’s Sunday, I think AND I HOPE they will open my messages tomorrow for cancel this subscription.
I will call them tomorrow at their number because you have to insist with these companies and I don’t want they charge me ~100€.
I locked the internet payments with my bank app, I hope it can avoid a debit…

Being charged for a free trial
I had been charged for a free trial. I do not recommend using this in any situation if they start off by charging you for what they claim is a free trial. they took five of my dollars and did not state anywhere that they would. This service can and will take your money.

I received an invoice in the mail from Aviteo Ltd. It did not specify what it was for, but it was obviously for UseNext as that was the email address to respond to. I never heard of this company, and certainly never signed up for any service from this company. I never ordered any trial subscription from them, as that seems to be the way the scam usually starts. How they got my name, I do not know, but they seem to think that they can send an invoice and people will automatically pay it. Hopefully, that is not true. There seem to be a huge amount of complaints about the unethical practices of UseNext on the web. I am not surprised.

Cancelling Subscription
Hi,
I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription both through the button and through customer support ( Customer Support will not let me lodge a complaint as it wont accept my logon details, even though they are valid) I really need to cancel my subscription please.
My customer number is - 10184529
I am not impressed with the service and am considering launching a police report for fraud.

Cancelling Subscription
I have tried to repeatedly send a complaint through support to cancel my account, but even when I enter valid logon details, it says I have entered incorrect details. I need to cancel my subscription now please!

I tried to cancel my trial before it expires and after following all the steps they tell you to call a phone number in Germany and Ben I called on a non holiday day during business hours a recording tells me is not business hours and there is no way to contact them.
I sent message to the e support team through the with page and emailed them and still no answer.
