On or about 9/22/2017 I was left a notice of a certified letter from Trident Medical.Tracking number 7015 1730 0000 82113 4541. The carrier DID NOT ring my doorbell or knock on my door. I am handicapped and sit in the same spot every day basically all day less than 20 feet from my door. My hearing is excellent so it's not a matter of me not hearing. The carrier(s),quite often a different carrier every couple of days, also leaves other people's mail in my box. I called about this once and was told to write my name on the mailbox. I did that in two places,one on the lid and one on the box part, I still get others mail including my next door neighbors. This is probably why my medical insurance has been terminated because I did not get notice of premium changes. Anyhow on Sept.26,2017 I called 330-438-6406 to inquire about the certified letter and was told by the person on the phone that she would speak to the carrier. I signed the notice form for the letter to be delivered but still don't have it as if 9/28/2017. Thank you,Patricia A. Angelo

Iam suppose to be getting married I was sent a wedding gift (package)to my kknown address that was never delivered or a pink slip left In my mail box or given at all I need a redelivery im very up set now I have to post pone my wedding this is uncalled for .....
