They never answer the phone

I've been calling in the last four days to make an appointment and they never answers the phone I call 10 minutes ago finally someone answers the phone and she hang up on me I call back like 10 more times and she hang up and hang up and up that's so unprofessional, so pissed right know what kind of customer service is this the manager or on or should investigate this and fire her she's not doing her job ....
