Reimbursement of Hospitalisation expenses incurred application dated 22Oct.2019,amounting to INR 1,12,052/=( Rs.one lakh twelve hundred and fiftytwo Only) is due till date.
Senior Citizen Unit Plan , Identity Card and Log Book No.SC9510410000178 updated on 23/09/2019 shows a balance of RS 2,79,841/=
The local office had been reminded several times requesting for payment as there is inordinate delay in reimbursement.
