false documents, refusing contact

"I purchased a 2 bedroom in Vallarta Gardens in Feb 2020. I received the promise that they would rent my points from my other time share , totalling $30K which would almost pay for my new unit, but I refused to sell my other timeshare. They said it would take up to 6 months for the funding to go through, but in the meantime I paid off the new unit. Also with the promise of the marketing company renting back 3 or 4 weeks from me each year so that my new units would be an income property. Unfortunately they never paid for or used the timeshare points I authorized, and so my points expired without being used. I had paid maintenence fees about $5000 over 2 years for those points. They never paid or contacted to follow up. In 2021, I was contacted by another company that claimed to take over for Arrow marketing. They sent me a copy of the original contract with my information and signature on it. A perfect match so I believed that they were legit. They had a website with an office in NYC. As I was told, I would have to prepay my service fee @v$1250 per week for the 4 available weeks, then I would be paid $3500 per week for the use of my unit. All my fee would be covered including wiring fees. I wired the $5600 to the bank indicated on the contract. I had to pull money out of my kids' savings! Going through a divorce and desparate for money. So this company calls me back and says I have to pay $4000 for Mexican taxes. I told them that I cannot pay taxes on money that I haven't received. They said that is how Mexico does it. I told them that I felt like I was being scammed. They refused to take my calls after that. The secretary first insisted that he was out of the office, then that he was sick, then the phone number was never answered again."
I have since tried to contact vallarta gardens to make reservations and they told me that customer service will call me back. they never do. I tried to go onto the website and the link for owners goes to a page that isn't available. I think i lost over $30,000!
