I dined at Bacolod-Lopue's East Branch more than a month ago and was dismayed that i have to opt for a pineapple juice kasi wala daw silang softdrink, sira daw ang dispenser nila. This is a new branch, it opened second quarter of this year. I paid additional cash for the pineapple juice. Just today, Sept. 13, 2015, i dined again and nagalit coz sira pa rin ang dispenser nila. I asked the staff kung kelen pa sira ang dispenser nila and he answered about three months ago pa. Don't they have plan to have it fixed? Or they just want to sell pineapple juice para mas malaki ang kita nila? I think the audit team of Chowking should look into this. Pasaway na ang branch na ito. It seems panloloko na sa tao ang ginagawa nila!
