Student Loan

I received a letter in the mail in regards to my student loan I called and spoke with a Miranda B. I was advised that I could get into this program for as little as 5.00 and she needed to view my taxes for last year I advised Miranda B. that I did not file yet she said it would be fine all we need you to do is to reply in the email that we can view your taxes I have to have your consent I stated ok and then I gave my card number to get a 100.00 charged to my debit card and I called back Miranda and asked did she go ahead and debit my account she stated yes I said I do not see it she well it takes a while to show up however it was debited I said ok. I was waiting for paperwork to come to me Miranda stated everything had to be validated and that I was ok in not getting my wages garnished because I had responded by the deadline I later receive a letter in the mail stating that I was getting wages garnished because I fail to respond by the deadline I called and spoke with Cynthia and was told that she can only go by Miranda B notes and stated that my 100 payment was declined I asked well why I was not called or a letter sent to me in the mail in regards to this Miranda stated it was debited and per Cynthia well why did you not call to check the status I stated Miranda told me I will be receiving paperwork after all information is validated then Cynthia states well you did not file your taxes I stated no she said you can not enter in that program if you did not file your taxes I stated I told Miranda that and she still sent me the link stating to say that she can view my taxes. Cynthia stated well we are still going to garnish your wages even if you do try to pay extra I asked for a supervisor and was told he was not there his name was Steven I then asked when would he be in she stated 8 to 5 I called the next morning and was told they was having phone issues and that Steven was not available and that he would call me back. I called again after two days of waiting for Steven to call me and then I got Christie P.on the phone she really has been proactive in trying to do everything to help me she has learned they had the wrong number for me that is why I did not receive Miranda calls I am not sure how she would have the wrong number, then Christie P. got me in the program however I am still being garnished for like 4 more months then its suppose to stop however in the mean time I get 15% of my wages garnished every paycheck and you have to call on a daily basis and write down who you spoke to what time and all in order to maintain all your information they are professional and/ or organized. The DOE really needs to stop doing business with company because its making a lot of people file bankruptcy that is my next time cause I CAN NOT AFFORD THIS GARNISHMENT
