im matt..I was frequently visit kfc with my family..but this night return make my second wrong choice about kfc menus..there was 1st time I ordered this kfc krispy..that not mean I dont know crispy is hot..but the crispy is not mean hot..even biscuit also crispy and sweet..the problem is menu tagging about the spicy or crispy..I ordered 4 set of variety box total rm61 ringgit..then I ask the cashier..is this menu have original taste..the answer is yes..ok then I pay it..so then my son complaint its hot spicy mix with original stuff inside..I so supprise then ask back the situation..then they say its only chicken original..then the fingers crispy is not from chicken..woww nice answer..I ask if can change the menu..its said cannot..so I buy another set original menu for my 2 kids n wife..the bad things is I felt sad the menu display didnt check the hot only available choice..and the crispy fingers chicken also so salty n spicy..please make more better service I almost spend 80 ringgit for make it better..I dont care money if im hungry..so hope kfc will manage staff playing smartphone n forgot to mention customer about menus..thank you.
