My son Venkat Hariharan had booked above flights for me and wife as per tickets enclosed.
Due to Vyama"s Professional Incompetency & Extreme Greed , they had advertised Air India flights on April 14 when lockdown was in vogue at all Airports in India.
I have lost $ 1150 on Emirates being cancelled and $ 1850 on Air India totalling $ 3000
and our credibility as Valid Visa holders of USA . now totally at the mercy of various Embassies in US & India.
We have been reduced to the status of Refugees and Vyama is going to pay heavily for the two lapses.I am also blacklisting your Portal in India immediately.
I am giving you ONE option:-
While India Government is arranging Non Scheduled Flights to fly Indians stranded in USA FROM MAY 7 at exhorbitant fares , YOU HAVE TO REFUND $ 5000 arrived as under :-
You have the option of refunding $ 3000 above plus incidental charges $ 2000 aggregating $ 5000 within Ten Days of receipt of this mail.
