VERICREST USED TO BE CITGROUP WHO BEFORE THAT WAS ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS. Vericrest seems to be owned by Lone Star Funds, who is backed by the Hudson Group. I would bet my life that the proper chain of command concerning our loans has not been followed. The mortgage SERVICER(vericrest) cannot legally foreclose on our houses UNLESS THEY HOLD THE NOTE!!! I am going to fight tooth and nail for my house thast I am underwater with, been lied too, yelled at, you name it by vericrest employees, but if we all educate ourselves and complain complain and complain some more I think we can win this battle. Educate yourselves people, dont sit by and let them take what you have poured your heart and soul in to! I have emailed any and every single person and entity involved in this whole fraudulent, predatory scam from accredited, CIT, vericrest, hudson and lone star. Once you start searching you wont believe what you find out. It gives me more inspiration to fight and I hope it does for you too!
