Customer never right...

I questioned a $1.99 charge on my bill and Verizon told me I had accessed the web - one time. I said I did not use anything other than the phone line and would not know how to access the web - and this had happened only once since I got the phone so I believed Verizon had made a mistake. Seems Verizon cannot make a mistake - their solution was for me to pay another $1.99 to access my own record to find what web site I had found or to block all web access. I had already blocked texting because Verizon kept sending me messages for which I was charged. Verizon also charges for all incoming as well as outgoing calls so I am using my phone less but paying more ($60 vs $300 for one month). I am SO SORRY that I left AT&T - not perfect but at least that company was willing to say a customer could be right occasionally.
