Insurance Issue

I wanted to shoot this out anyway possible to other people in the United States that is using Verizon Wireless as a service and has insurance on any of their phone lines. If by chance anyone has service and has changed phones at any time during this period you need to call and verify that your insurance has switched over to the new phone. I have had an issue with this not happening on my phone and have had several people that I previously worked with learn that when they call to check the status of this coverage that "they declined" the insurance coverage when the new phone was purchased. Even though they informed the agents when the phone was added that they wanted the insurance kept on the lines and the agents expressed it would carry over, there was a drop somewhere in the ball with Verizon because those agents did not ever be sure the insurance was carryed over so in effect there is no telling how many customers were done like this and do not know to this day that their lines do not have insurance on them because they were informed by agents they did and just assume Verizon did the right thing, but customers are being screwed and their simple solution is that they can add the insurance back on the account but feel they do not need to make it up to the customers they frauded into beleiving inaccurate information for months.

maybe you should read your bill after you make changes then you would notice the insurance was gone and could call.

Bad Phones

Having been a Satisfied Verizon Customer for years let me tell you my horrer story. I signed on for a new phone for my grandaughter and I. After complaining about an issue on the phone that would keep you from dialing emergency or any number, until you find and dismiss apps requests. After having the phone replaced 3 times and running back and forth to the Verizon store to transfere info 6 times. After being LIED! to by a Verizon salesman ( are you really? telling me all these apps that I cant get rid of are here because I requested them??) Then I reached the Manager of all manegers who could and would fix it all, no more problems, chuckle, gafaw roflmao! He sent me parts of 1 phone, parts for a 2nd phone and parts? for a phone I aint got!? Funny thing is all these parts will not make ONE! working phone. And the super mnger.??? This is 4 months of constant being on the phone going into the stores. And if you call Verizon they will listen to you, read to you from prepared statements, reluctantly get you to a suppervisor, and IGNORE YOU! . I left Verizon, went to Sprint, wow, working phones and no problems. Now Verizon wants to charge me early termination fees? Just exactly is it when you started providing me with Phones and Service? Verizon??

Bad Phones

You signed a contract and left them of course you have to pay an ETF. They replaced the phone and were working with you to get your situation fixed, sorry but you have no way out of this they met their end of the deal so you will be stuck paying the ETF. BTW what phone did you get?
