Low quality service

The quality of customer service at Bunnings had deteriorated dramatically and it doesn’t matter what store I walk into,..I remember the service was great at one stage and enjoyed being at Bunnings but now I feel like I’m interrupting staff when asking for help and I have noticed a huge decline in over the last twelve months no matter what store I visit,....terrible service and I’m getting fed up with rudeness of staff and lack of them wanting to help,... until this improves I will no longer shop at Bunnings. I will give my service to Mitre 10 or taits timber and hardware from now on. Obviously management need to step up,.. I do hope something is done about this soon
