Fraudulent web site

I ordered a case for mobile from vfone.
Clbank*com deducted money from my account (10,80€) on the February 23th.
But I never received the product.
Why do you take in such fraudulent company ?
In the same time, I have file a complaint with the french governmental departments of fraud prevention.
Waiting for your answer.
