Insulted by your service provider

I have been insulted by your service provider at Makhwedzha satellite installation shop No. 12 Alex Plaza Wynberg I have made a quote with him for buying decoders to supply four TVs and I paid him R1800'06 but he just made installation for two TVs only and he said he is not responsible for others and he said I must shut up when trying to hold him accountable. The owner of the above shop has been much rude for me like I haven't paid him. He left my pub with two TVs running instead of four TVs.
