Not refund my amount
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked online ticket Kolkata to Delhi on 18.04.18 for same day traveling but due to bad weather flight has been cancelled and my amount 26010 not return till today. My PNR no is 00OYPG.
Please return my Amount.

Crap service and processing
Company is such a joke.
#1.Bought 2 separate tickets for my parents because they wanted to leave on different days and come back on the same day. I opened 2 separate tabs to fill out the info so that when I hit submit, it gives me the best chance that both of them will be successful at the same time. Hit it, thought nothing of it and get a confirmation with the same passenger name on both tickets. Apparently the site autofills the first form into the 2nd. Emailed VIA.com. The rep was no cooperated, stated he can't do anything about it. He did call the airline to ask though but wasn't willing to do anything else. Asked them to email me back regarding date change fees if I wanted to. They said they'll respond next week since it's the weekend. That's fine. I wait 5 days and there's nothing yet. So I emailed them saying I was still waiting for a response. Suddenly I get emailed back saying that they have already made the date change without informing me about the service charge. Then I look at the confirmation number and it turns out that it isn't even mine. Somehow, some rep decided to enter into my email thread and add a confirmation number. She gives me another customer's email ID information saying that they updated it to my email address. Bear in mind that email is 100% different from mine. It will never be considered a typo. Glad to know you give our random emails to other customers!
#2. Then I randomly get an email from them that one of my confirmation failed. So how does a "confirmed booking" fail? Emailed them 3 times the past 5 days and no response yet.
#3 Today, I received a random confirmation ticket. For some random person with their booking number. Wow, VIA. Way to keep customer information private.
#4 Regarding all 3 issues, I asked them to repeatedly call but to no avail. Queue the circus!
