Long story short...I asked salesman what interest rate will as I was thinking of trading in my car for another to get a lower interest rate, he said 9 percent, as I was about to sign with finance, Jeremy, Wes, I asked the rate again, it was 15.5 percent, they tried to push thru without telling me that, . That is just bad business and wasted alot of my time. i am keeping my current car, which is a better car and am applying for re-finance...Buy reading the other complaints, I would recommend not going there at all.

My name is Steve and I am the dealer at Victoria Hyundai. I am glad to "meet" you however disheartened that your experience at the dealership was a poor one. Although not familiar with your case, I'd love to hear about it and see if I can figure out what happened and / or see if I can fix it for you. Usually a car dealer is tucked away in some office, getting his or her managers to deal with things, I'm pretty hands on and insist on getting involved directly with all customers, satisfied AND dissatisfied. I've only had the store now for about 6-months and have to say that we are working really hard. Did you know that CityHub just voted us as Victoria's favourite car dealer? Also, based on 2011 registrations, last year we were the #1 import dealer in Victoria in competing segments (ahead of Honda and Toyota). That being said though, things can go wrong and I am sorry that you seem to have seen that on your visit.
