i was contacted by this company for a payment dued. i answered politely and started answering the representative questions. he asked me if i knew that my bank card was deactivated and i explained to him what happen . so he asked me how do i get paid by my job. I answered paper check. he asked me when do i get paid and i said bi weekly. he said Mrs. Daughtry i think you are not being truthful to me. he proceeded to ask well without a bank account how do you get youre tax refund. i said paper check in mail. he said you cant file your tax without a bank account. He basically said i was lying to him in so many words. i told him i thought he was getting too personal and i didnt want to deal with this company no more due to unprofessionalism and to cancel my order. he told me that it was explained to me when i first order it was a specific deadline on cancellation. not true no one told me that. i feel like i was duped into ordering these magazines based on a lie about receiving a gift card that i never received up to yet. i will report this company to the better business bureau if my order is not cancelled due to your company lack of professionalism.
