My Phone NR. 403 689 2376 and everything got stolen ID through a break and enter.
I have a new phone now. Payed the outstanding balance with a confirmation number at the RBC Bank. I was on the phone for days now with different Virgin representatives. I got promised that I will have service. So, I took a taxi and got a new SIM Card at the source dealer. Result > no service. Both the source employers and I called Virgin again. Yesterday, with the result ending up with incompetent staff in the Philippines, yelling and screaming (barely speaking English)I that they can't give me my service back because I haven't';t paid with a credit card.
I have screenshots from Virgin Mobile Canada Facebook Messenger that I will have my number back in service since a couple
days but Virgin is so disorganized and incompetent, they can't get a manager on the phone, receive or send emails or send or follow-up internal on a reference number and time ticket.
