Are there any virgin phone stores in Kansas city or nearby that can sell
me a battery for my HTC Evo 3D phone?
Battery model BG86100 . I mean here in town. I know how to order them
on the internet.

I have contacted Virgin Mobile stores and they have not had batteries. This is why I was very specific in asking them to provide me with a store that could sell me this particular battery. I know how to look up stores. I know how to order batteries over the internet. I WANT TO BUY A BATTERY FOR MY VIRGIN CELL PHONE HERE IN THIS CITY!!!! This information was never provided. What an absolute waste of time.

My guess is that someone in customer service pasted in some stock phrases and turned my reuest around in 20 seconds and this made their metrics look good. What an excellent, efficient CSR we have! - Who is not providing the service requested, by the way. I just wanted to let the general public to be aware that they will encounter this kind of garbage in trying to get help from Virgin Mobile.
