not being able to use card

I just had to drive 18 miles to give my son money! gave him a visa 50.00 gift card they said they could only use 35.00 of it but there is a 15.00 balance left on the card. what a bunch of bullshit never again will I buy or tell anyone to use gift cards from visa ! paid an activation fee for this piss poor service. along with the embarrassment of a 17 year old in front of his friends, and they don't even put a contact #on the card! because of there complaints
