cheating customer

1. not unsubscribe button to unscribe it when i am not want to use any service from viu.
2.cheating customer by using 30 days free trial and continue for premium packages without any formal approval by user.charges me rm 10 for monthly and it CANNOT be refund eventhough i am not using any service from viu..i am just download the app from viu and accidently subcribe for 30 days free trial only.Rm 30 for 3 month has been charged for me without using any servive from viu.it charges directly from my UMOBILE pospaid billing.i am Really Dissappointed.
