Paid money but no service

I have recharge my Vodafone no. 9874016873 dated 08/03/2020 online and shown successfully recharged Rs,199 in mobile, whereas call not possible and neither internet services available. After several times call also no response from the service provider.
I am surprised how this type of companies business in India.


Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
