Not received my refund for course

The CEO of VOICEBOOTCAMP whom is registered in Toronto, Canada basically does not return money when a course has been cancelled and I have had to pay interest on a credit card since then. Faisal Khan should go to court.
Anyone in the UK who sees this post think VERY carefully before you pay any monies to him because if the course does not happen you will NOT get your money back. I have been trying for in excess of 3 months and now he is ignoring my emails.
