I'm a political strategist, world traveler, international consultant, special events planner, media commentator, writer and ordained minister. I wanted you to know that my worse hotel experience world-wide (even Haiti) was at your property in Brickell area of Miami.

I woke up angry at my booking this hotel.

My room was dusty and dingy. Photos on website grossly mispresented the quality of rooms and the property. In room doors were obviously not wiped down and I felt the need to disinfect room. Why aren't there and bars of soap? The room service is mediocre.

I understand that the property was recently acquired but the rating and costs were too high for such a disappointing experience.

Wish I could get refunded. Please consider this desire or something.
