I am getting card validation requests for most of the services I swiped the flex spending account card. When I respond with the Explanation of Benefits, or a receipt. I get another validation request. Both the EOB and Receipts have the required information:

Date of service, Provider Name, Amount paid, type of service: Medical Copayments. I tried calling customer service, but the representative was no help at all. just kept repeating that the supporting information must contain these same:

Date of service, Provider Name, Amount Paid, Type of Service. Statements from Wage Works say my account is "Overpaid'. What does that mean?!! Then a date on which my card will be suspended! I have called multiple times and cannot rectify this situation. I need someone to explain to me the status of my account and why my claims are rejected and what overpaid refers to.

This card is supposed to be a convenience, a time saver. It is neither of those and instead a constant source of aggravation!
