smoking drugs while on the clock.

came in to get lunch on Saturday feb. 25th around 3:30 and the grill cook was smoking outside it smelled like drugs.
and when the male came in to take my order the smell shot up my nose and I knew then it was drugs I was smelling. don't you do drug test on your employees? I will not be eating there again.
