Theft
Wage works is stealing their customers money. I used my flexible spending account card in January for a $10 co-payment for my primary care doctor. They suspended ky card and clearly read back to me that their electronic record indicates I used it for a medical group. They said that wasn’t clear enough. I offered to pay it electronically but they said that is not an option and that I must mail in a check. I explain to them I am very sick and need to see my doctor now. They refused and have over $1400 of my money suspended. Yet they continue to take money from my paycheck every two weeks. I will be contacting my lawyer and am hoping to reach other people to possible start a class action lawsuit. I will also be contacting my HR dept to inform th m they are allowing this company to steal from their employees.

Denied Claims
I have been filing claims with Wage Works for over 2.5 years. I have used the same service provider (our park district) who has provided the same type of electronic receipt. I pay a flat rate each month for the after school program . The receipt says the dates of service are from Aug 2012-June 2013 because that is the entire school year.
Until this March, I have never had an issue getting reimbursed. Because the receipts dates of service are Aug 2012 thru June 2013, Wageworks has decided that all my after school payments are for August and will not reimburse me. Customer service said that they couldn't do anything about it... it is the way the Claims department processes claims. Customer Service admitted there was something wrong with the way it was processed, but basically said 'oh well' there was nothing they could do. They told me to leave work (and take vacation time) to go to the park district and get someone to sign the form. They told me I needed to do it on a monthly basis. They also told me that the claims department realized they were processing claims wrong and are now trying to fix it. So, they have been processing claims wrong for 2.5 years?
When I asked to speak to someone in the claims department I was told 'no one speaks to the claims department.' Apparently there is no number. I asked why for 2.5 years my claims have had no problems, they couldn't answer me. I asked who could fix this, they couldn't answer me. Now I am out almost $1000 and they refuse to help me and process my claim. This will continue to be a problem.
All I want is to be reimbursed the money that is rightfully mine. In addition, I don't want to encounter this issue every month.
