We used Wal-Mart money card for a year. They had great service. The expiration date was running out. We called the phone number for Wal-Mart money card. We couldn't get a straight answer. We went to our local Wal-Mart money center. They told us that the card should come two weeks before expiration date. We didn't receive them. We called them back. They said to call back December 1 if we didn't receive our cards. We called them back Dec 1, cause we didn't receive our cards. They told us they would send new ones by express mail. We received the new cards, but we can't activate the cards. They said account is locked. Cards are not valid. I don't know what to do. We went to Wal-Mart money center. They couldn't help. We called the Wal-Mart money card number. It said cards could take up to two weeks to get there, and it hangs up on you. We can't talk to a live person. We have money on card we can't access. I'm want our money out of there hands. I will get my money back, and I will find a real bank.
