Doctoral Fraud

Am in debt over $200,000 due to doctoral program with Walden University. University intentionally delayed my doctoral process, put up roadblocks, etc. My chair was sick much of the time and unable to respond. This university is a complete money-harvesting ripoff. I am a school superintendent, and will make sure that Walden is not recommended for those in my District. I would like to know if there are any class-action efforts that we could possibly join to recover some of the lost funds. Thanks,
