locking doors before closing time
Walgreens store #9131 2643 Kalamazoo se Grand Rapids, Michigan 495 I arrived at Walgreens at 8:58pm, the door was already locked and the line lead/manager? Millie? was standing at the door making sure no one came in before 9;00pm. As she opened the locked door to let out each customer, that was already in the store locked in, I said; It's not even 9:00pm yet, that's not fair to turn away all these loyal customers before 9:00pm. She shouted back at me: I can close and lock the doors at my time!!! There was several customers that were turned away before 9:00pm, there's no telling how much Walgreens lost in money? turning away all those cars pulling up before 9:00pm and being rude about it. I'm thinking about transferring my prescriptions to Meijer's and get $20.00 per prescription. I have 10, that would be $200. I pay over $600 a year at Walgreens on my prescriptions I'm thinking very serious about boycotting Walgreens and take my business to Meijer and Walmart. A Disgruntled Customer!!! This happened Monday night May 21 2018 at 8:58pm and before? I know she is a line lead/manager? And I'm pretty sure her first name is Millie? Female, brown skin, long dark hair(partially curly).

Pharmacy staff at store 04691
I was trying to refill my valium and sleeping pills, it would not work, trying to refill online and I was not sure why, I was talking with the girl at counter, please understand, I am hearing impaired, I read lips. This lady was trying to help me, while someone else behind the pharmacy was talking rather loud stating that I did not have a refill that I tried this before. (I did not hear any of this, my caregiver told me after we got in car) Whom ever that was, needs to be knocked down a few pegs. She was discussing my info out loud for all to hear EXCEPT ME!!!! She was rude, disrespectful and purely unprofessional. I just moved my prescriptions back to Wal-greens from Meijer, but if this is the treatment I am going to get when filling my narcotics... I will go elsewhere. I understand the issues and being careful.. but that was not the case here... I would hope that Wal-greens does not let their employees be this rude.. she could have come to the counter and talked TO ME.. but she didn't. I would like an apology and I want her to be talked to.... I am still very upset over this. I am disabled, have a lot of medical problems and prescriptions that go along with them... I do not need her judgement or rudeness... I will just go back to Meijer, never ONCE did I have a problem with their employees. I would appreciate an email with regards to this issue.. I have phone but for text use only.
Thank you for your time and I hope this gets resolved, or I will pull all business and so will all my friends and family.....
