Horrible Customer Service

I called today to check on the status of my prescription. When I initially called, a very kind young lady attempted to assist me but I did not have my VIN # to my prescription card. I acquired the VIN # and called back a few minutes later. When the call was answered Ms. Yvonne answered in a calm and professional manner. I asked if she could send my prescription thru my secondary insurance to see if it were less expensive. She asked who was my primary and who was my secondary? I answered and she told me I could not have 2 primary insurances. I agreed, since I have a primary and a secondary, I thought we were on the same page. No, not so much. Ms Yvonne then went on to tell me I had two primary insurances and I could only have one. At this time, I disagreed with her, stating I only have 1 primary insurance. Ms Yvonne then said that primary doesn't mean first. Puzzled, I asked what primary means in the prescription world. At this time she yelled, told me to hold on. After holding for a brief moment, a man named Tom Storck came on the phone with a less than polite greeting. Still puzzled, I wanted to know the definition of primary as related to a prescription, so I asked. He did not answer and immediately began speaking over me asking me to differentiate my primary insurance from my secondary. Which I did, and do have 2 separate insurances. After holding for several minutes, he asked a few other questions about my secondary insurance. All questions I was able to answer. After a few more minutes he stated that he could not get a response and he need to call his 3rd party to get the insurance to go through. Thinking he would do this as I was on the phone, I continued to hold. I then asked for his last name. He gave it to me and said, you are going to report me aren't you and hung up on me. NICE!! VERY NICE!!

Old survey dates

My receipt says if you take an online survey you will be entered for a 3, 000 dollar cash giveaway but the survey dates expired at the end of JULY 2011!!! Stop false advertising !!!
