I have no love for Walgreens Mail order pharmacy. Every time I need an RX there is some kind of issue on their end. Either they do not properly log my authorization for a higher priced RX, to not even having stock for a diabetic med I use daily.

I am on Medicare with a supplement through Blue Cross which requires me to use this awful mail order. I

I cannot believe that a large company like Walgreens does NOT have my diabetic meds on hand. What kind of company are they running?

I have logged multiple complaints with them and yet they continue to provide the worst service.

I will be contacting Blue Cross again to file complaint and ask if I can possibly change to another provider even though I am not within the Medicare re-enrollment. If not, come this November I will be forced to choose another provider that absolutely DOES NOT use Walgreens.
