Time available for picking up prescription

When ordering refills at walmart Pharmacy, you are given a choice of pick up times. One of the choices is 1:00 PM on a particular day. However, the local pharmacy on East Brainerd in Chattanooga, Tn closes for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00. Why not change the recording to say 2:00 as a pickup choice so people don't make a trip only to find out they are closed.
