My card was locked, they will not unlock it

My card was locked due to an unauthorized transaction. I called to get it unlocked. After being on the phone for over an hour, they have refused to unlock it until they send a new card. All my money is tied up in that card. I just got paid and need to shop for food. I just want it unlocked until I can get to my Walmart tomorrow to take my money off. The service desk closes early here and their offer of a bar code to get to my money is not helpful today. I am diabetic and need to eat. I have no food at this time. Also the man hung up on me. I have placed a complaint with the BBB. As soon as I get my money I am changing card and will not recommend thus card to anyone!

Can't receive funds from card-to-cars

My name is Dorene Stanley I've been a money card user for over 2years.I've never had a problem receiving funds card to card from a friend or a family member.up until July of this year it's been giving me a error message that my funds could not be loaded at this time.I have never experience this problem that lasted for such a long period of time.Family members and friends always send me money do to the fact that I'm elderly.I've called Walmart representative and they said there's nothing wrong with my card.Like I said I was a member of the Walmart prepaid money card for over 2years and never experienced this problem for a long period of time.

Blocked Card?New Not Received

ON Feb 5,2016 my card was breached and a block was placed on it and a new one was processed. On Feb 12,2016 I received an email that I should receive my card within 72 hours. Well, I found a way that I could transfer money to my neice so that i could pay rent but can only do it twice in 30 days so now I am without money AGAIN until my payday because I had to cancel my direct deposit. When my automatic payment goes trough for my credit card payment tomorrow I will once again request that my card is not received and see if it is going to take another month. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced, its a shame that we as consumers have NO ACCESS at all to thier own money if something happens like this and when it does we can not even talk to anyone because the automated system will not allow us past anything without activating a card that has not been received yet. When and if I do get my card I will be withdrawing my money and closing my account and will def not be recommeding this to anyone.
