I have a walmart money card and I went in a store and used an atm. The first attempt at making a withdrawal was unsuccessful bc the transaction was never completed. The clerk in the store told me to try it again, that sometimes u have to do it twice. So I attempted for the 2nd time to make a withdrawal and like the clerk said, it was successful and I received my $60 withdrawal. Later I was looking at my account on the mobile app and that's when I noticed that my walmart money card had deducted the $60 withdrawal 2 times from my card, but yet I had only received 1 withdrawal bc the first attempt failed and was not completed. I called and filed a dispute, I even emailed them pictures of my atm receipts that clearly shows I received only one $60 withdrawal and $0 from the first atm transaction. It has been weeks and I still have not received my money back. They keep extending the amount of time due to it still being "investigated". What else is there to investigate when u have the atm receipts? I will never use walmart money card again
