faulty transactions
Walmart Money card is double charging and when you call the customer service to dispute your charges they're idiots. I have found twice when I print out my transactions from them, they have charged me twice from the same merchant and on different dates. I called the merchants to verify the amount and the date and they only charged once, but Walmart money card shows two charges on different dates for the same transaction. One particular is 66.71 from Ramada Branson. It shows up twice on my transactions on dates that are a week apart. When you call to them you have printed out your transactions and have proof that they've double charged, they say it only shows ONCE on their computer screen. A written dispute is 6 pages long and it takes 10 days to settle it. Recently, there is another double charge that showed up. They have charged two separate times and two different amounts from the same merchant that I used. I called the merchant and they said they only charged me once for the amount of 35.00. This is double dipping and stealing money from my account that doesn't belong to them. When you call to talk with a representative about the mistake, they act like they don't see it and there's nothing to do to correct the finances. I want my money credited that they have stolen by miscalculating.
