I purchased a pre-paid debit card for 100.00. I put another 100.00 0n the card and Walmart charged 3.00 of that for their service. I called about not receiving my "official" card in the mail and they voided the temporary one I had. so i was unable to access the money I had on the card when I called several times to tell them I had not received it they they offered to Fed-X the card at a 15.00 fee which they took off the card. Three times and months later I never received the card they told me it was mailed to an a address three times to an address I have no idea where they got. After weeks more of constant phone calls I told them cancel the card and refund me my money. Months later I have not received the money and today I called and the have no record of the 81.00 I was told I was to be refunded only a 30.00 amount. They refused to let me talk to anyone higher than a supervisor saying they were the highest and they could not help me they only had the 30.00 attached to my social.
