Can not access my $$ savings

Walmart has made it impossible to access the money I've saved on their Savings Catcher program. No one in the stores can help me. I've saved over $400 and now cannot use my savings in their stores.
This is wrong! When will someone start a class action suit against Walmart for all the people they've cheated?
