I would like to file a complaint against Walmarts beauty salon/smart cuts due to the severe pigment damage to my hair I have naturally blonde hair very long beautiful hair nearly down to the bottom of my back and Walmart beauty salon severely damaged my hair due to negligence and Neglect and unprofessional work duty Walmart has caused their hair salon has caused serious permanent pigment damage to my hair it has caused it to turn very very dark to the point where my 10-year-old son asked me why mom is your hair black now they also cause severe chemical damage to where my hair falls out in handfuls every time I wash it and brush it which has caused me not to be able to wash my Hair daily or even brush your daily this is cause of your emotional and mental health issues for me it has caused a complete change of my appearance and this is nothing but Walmart beauty Salon fault they were shorthanded that day My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning and at 2 o’clock in the afternoon I was still in at Walmart beauty salon I even had to call off work I was scheduled for work at 2 o’clock at my job and had to call off because I was still at Walmart beauty salon with chemical bleaching products still on my hair at 2 o’clock in the afternoon so for hours upon hours Walmart hairstylist continue to put damaging chemicals bleaching products on my hair and leave them on while she was doing other jobs such as cutting other peoples hair I have proof of all thisAnd intend to take any action that I need to because this is a life-changing Experience for me I am very dissatisfied very upset and I will do whatever it takes for them to have to pay for what they have done to me this was very unfair and unprofessional and this is nothing but neglect on their part the hairstylist was never even supposed to go past the roots of my hair with the bleaching chemical by the time she was done she had bleach on every bit of my hair except maybe the last 2 inches this was a very dissed satisfying experience And they should have to be held responsible my name is Ashly Lytle my address is 1431 Whipkey Damn Rd., Markleton, PA 15551 My phone number is 814-289-5031 if Walmart would like to work this out between me and them I am willing to speak with them if not I have already looked information off on how to take further action against them I am including a photo of the permanent piglet damage they have done to me
