service sucks

I called sears 11/14/17 because my washer was broke they convinced me to set up there warranty program I did big mistake these people came out order a part then I had to fight to get them back out here on the 11/22 they wanted to come on the 27th so one person shows up takes a look and said I have to reschedule this is a two man job I went off called everyone got them back out at 5pm they went to work had to take the basket out to replace the other part broke it had to order a basket it came on 11/28 they were supposed to come back out 12/1 the tech called in sick today how fffn convenient it gets better i called and talked for three hours different people in there office its no one else that can come out until 12/5 unbelievable after this is over hopifully i can cancel there program i will never buy anything from sears hopifully this post can save some of you they suck don,t waste you time with them it,s better service any where esle
