Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service, even when I wanted to establish service for the first time. I waited 15 minutes on hold, just to be hung up on.
After calling back, I waited another 10-15 minutes to talk to a very unprofessional woman who didn't seem to care one bit about being courteous or speaking English intelligible to anyone raised outside the ghetto. She didn't even ask for my social security number politely or tell me what it was for, simply "what is your SSN?" No explanation of what times the technician would arrive, whether they would call, nothing - I had to painfully extract every little detail out of her and she made it clear from the frustration in her voice that she wasn't used to having to provide customers with information about their service.
I definitely recommend some customer service training from Zappos or a similar customer focused organization.
