Deffected items

My complain is about electrical items which is order online last week.the items are earphones extension board watch nd charger plug.i get delivery after 2 days but all the items are defected nd not in working condition so kindly my request is that to replace the items or refund the amount i spend on theae items.kindly contact me as soon as possible
