Poor manufacturing fit and finish Poor quality control

(1) Windows poorly manufactured - excess sealant extending from joints. Unsightly fit and finish
(2) Glass door shipped and installed with interior scratch on glass that will require removal and replacement. An obvious flaw than even cursory inspection should have detected before shipment.
(3) Incompetent installer left gobs of sealant caulk on window frames and surrounding brick
