Saya ada 3 barang yang belum sampai, satu parcel tu dah di pos on 3 may, lepastu tiba2 ada dekat caw serahan puchong, jadi utk apa bayar postage kalau kena pergi collect? bagi address office kot, yg sentiasa ada org, bukan rumah, DARI CHERAS KE PUCHONG je. Satu lagi parcel pos on 8 may, 15 haribulan status ( out for delivery ) I tunggu sampai pukul 7, sorang pos laju pun tak ada datang. pada pukul 9 malam saya check lagi tracking they update ( Unsuccessful delivery. We apologise that this item could not be delivered today. We will re-attempt delivery on the next working day ) and yesterday I call banyak kali nobody answer my call, sampai after lunch baru ada staff yg pick up call, and she said my parcel will be delivery on today, but when I check the status still same. And today I call again, one of the staff pick up the phone, she said "I don't know when the parcel can be go out for delivery, because all of the posmen was going out this morning" .
