Not received UIF benefits

I was dismissed from work on 11/03/2017 and has applied for UIF benefits on the 18/04/2017, the request was denied by the department of labour because the Masscash / Weirs intentionaly wrote a wrong code so to get me frustrated saying that I have resigned.
I then made a new request for the UIF benefits on the 31/05/2017 with the correct UI-19 and to my suprise I have not received any money from the Eastern Cape Department of Labour in this South Africa.
