Release of Funds from Fire Loss

Extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry that I have done everything Wells Fargo Property Loss Department has asked of me and they still have not cut a check for services rendered due to a fire 10 weeks ago. Their call center reps are poorly trained to handle servicing customers and being able to communicate what is needed. I was on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with a resolution specialist. Unacceptable!
