Withholding Insurance Check

I had a major flood in March 2016. I have yet to be paid, because Wells Fargo is holding my insurance check. I have completed my things to do checklist, I have submitted all required paperwork and sent in all my contractors documents. But Wells Fargo claims they have not received all the required paperwork. I have mailed, emailed and refaxed these documents over and over. The insurance claim check website is never updated, so you will never know when they have received and reviewed the documents. The operators and specialist are horrible, they do not know anything, all they can tell me is to call back in 2 days, or they put you on hold for 2-3 minutes while they research the paperwork, this turns into a 45 min call. I have been hung up on by them, they refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. I have left messages and no one has returned my call. The property loss dept SUCKS, this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. I have been hung up on by a specialist. Wells fargo drags this process out for as long as they possibly can. I have not been able to start repairing my home (reminder the flood was in March). I have requested emergency funds and they have yet to respond to this. This disaster has taken a toll on my family, we have to live with relatives, because we cant afford an apartment, we are still paying the mortgage on a home that is not livable. I am emotionally stressed and mentally drained, I have lost everything that I owned in March, I feel helpless and all alone, my mortgage company is not trying to help. Once all this is over I will be refinancing my home with another bank, I will not recommend anyone to bank with Wells Fargo!
